Itinerary description

Summer activity with idea to discover this part of Suva mountain and try to reach summit Trem.
But due that I lost track and spent some times to find right way and weather condition final decision was to go back to village Divljana.
But nevertheless it was nice pleasant day especially since I have good company (wild horses and "cholate" cow)
Wild horse are not so wild if I could say they are high skilled thief's. One of them use my occupation with others horses and reach my backpack and he ate almost every biscuit I had in my backpack.
So as recommendation - Be aware when "wild" horses follows you. Keep your valuables and food!

Unfortunately this part of track was not well marked (tested and confirmed) so it is very easy to be lost. Marked point on trees are not refreshed long time ago or does not exist.

Left path is safe way to reach Rakos meadow and water source but as usually I want to test right pat (wrong decision) and I spent significant time to find the proper path to the meadow. Again be very well prepared to discovery paths if you don't have proper GPS track or know Suva mountain. I was lost (in space) few times to find alternative paths to reach destinations.

I didn't check the quality of the water so I cannot confirm that water coming from spring is for drinking. As refreshments yes it is really cold.

From Rakos meadov I decide to use free form hiking and discovering shortcuts between official tracks Rakos Pasarelo and Tri lokve - Pasarelo. It was amazing journey up and down, trough forest without knowledge where I will catch right track. But I love this type of discovery.

Smrdan and Pasarelo

Smrdan is one of te summits on Suva Mountain and Pasarelo is the saddle near Smrdan. When you look on the map Suva Mountain on ist part have two "legs". One leg is SE oriented (starting from village Beziste) Rakos, Tri lokve and second is NE oriented Smrdan, Rzenac Divna gorica are the summits on this leg. Pasarelo is dividing point between legs

Dane's house

This house was started to built by Dane (famous man from Niska Spa) but never finished. He plan to build mountain hut but unfortunately this is never finished. To be honest it was great idea.
