Very pretty tour through vineyards and the forest, the route is easy to follow. We took some minor shortcuts as it was very hot, and even the first kms through the forest are quite exposed. The little bonus of the route is that you pass through the premises of Château Sémeillan Mazeau in Listrac-Médoc, a gorgeous wild growing garden where you can see the orchid Anacamptis pyramidalis.
