Itinerary description
This trail connect the main square of the portuguese capital, LISBON, with one of the most well-know villages from Portugal CASCAIS.
The goal of this trail is to walk as nearest as possivel of the Tagus river. However, not always is possible to walk next to the water.
Don't worry about how to come back, there is a train line during all the trail, so if you can't finish the trail, you can come back whenever you want. From Cascais to Lisbon, you have trains every 15-20 minuts.
Some advices:
If we are talking about terrain, this is a really easy trail.
But, if we look at the distance, we can see that 32 km, it's some distance. :)
There aren't so many shadows, so, please use hat, and sun protection cream. And carry with you some water, there aren't so many fountains, but you will find places to buy some water.

Trilha linda e de fácil execução. Pequena parte na Rodovia perto dos carros, o que deixa um pouco perigoso para os menos experientes mas em geral os motoristas são muito educados e dão preferência. A maior parte do tempo se anda ao lado do mar.
