Great loop trail from Tyrell Bay! I'm glad we had the app because the portion of the trail that climbs to Chapeau Carre isn't marked or well-maintained. We did a lot of "the green line is somewhere to our left" to keep from wandering off on goat trails or getting lost in the pricker bushes. The views from the peak are absolutely stunning. I recommend doing the loop counter-clockwise so you can end at Paradise Beach.

What a fantastic way to spend a few hours. I didn't bring my phone, bit studied the map before hand. I didn't do the loop just started and finished at Tyrell Bay. The trail was a little confusing at times but well worth it.

Good hike. Steep at times. The views on top are worth it. Would definitely recommend having the navigation. I don’t think we would’ve found our way very well without it
