Itinerary description
A very nice walk, a bit challenging at the beginning. Then we saw so many flowers. I can't name them all, but I guess you can recognize some of them. Spring is really the best time for hiking in Cyprus!
We love to walk that area also because the hike has a great reward at the end! We complete it always with a wine tasting at Tsangarides. Notice that they are open everyday except Sundays.
Not only their wines are magnificent, we love their red Mataro and their white Chardonnay both organic, but the welcome is fantastic, warm and professional.
And today we had the pleasure to discover their very new Vasilissa 2020 made of rare indigenous grapes. So fruity, fresh and light white wine, and organic too.
A delicious time having a cheese platter on their sunny but a bit windy terrace.

A favourite of the Trailblazers, this trail has spectacular open vistas of this part of the Paphian wine country and a stunning range of wild flowers & plants. Of course, the reward of a visit to the Tsangarides Winery 🍷at the completion of the hike is the cherry on the cake!
Really nice and beautiful trail, thank you for sharing it. The whole area is wonderful and worth visiting.

Don’t do it in reverse order. Did it with kids of 5, 7, 7, 10 years. Nice views that remind Toscana in some places (at least in April). Good route, worth repeating.
