This route is made in three days with shops and food on our own, can be done in two days and without any material, by taxi to Jinchang sleeping in lodging in Rumbak and tiron to the end, this way you have to be acclimatized since it goes up to 4900mts, we did it enjoying and sleeping in the camps. This route can be started walking from Spituk but in my opinion it lacks interest and besides you walk parallel to the paved road or even for it, we started walking in the Jinchang camp by taking a taxi in Leh, and following the start of the route of the trekking Markha Valley (http://es.wikiloc.com/wikiloc/view.do?id=1274923) up to rumbak and at this point you link to this trak.
