Een wandeling van Latrop over de Rothaarsteig naar Kühhude en weer terug naar Latrop via de L2. De route komt voorbij aan de monumentale altaarsteen in het Grubental, de sculptuur van Nils - Udo "Steen - Tijd - Mens" als een van de vele sculpturen van de BosSculpturenweg en even verder de hangbrug bij Kühhude.

Eine Wanderung von Latrop auf dem Rothaarsteig nach Kühhude und über die L2 zurück nach Latrop. Die Route passiert den monumentalen Altarstein im Grubental, die Skulptur von Nils – Udo „Stein – Zeit – Mensch“ als eine der vielen Skulpturen des WaldSkulpturenweg und etwas weiter die Hängebrücke bei Kühhude.

A walk from Latrop on the Rothaarsteig to Kühhude and back to Latrop via the L2. The route passes the monumental altar stone in the Grubental, the sculpture by Nils - Udo "Stone - Time - Man" as one of the many sculptures of the forest sculptures path and a little further the suspension bridge at Kühhude.

Un paseo desde Latrop por Rothaarsteig hasta Kühhude y de vuelta a Latrop por la L2. La ruta pasa por el monumental altar de piedra en Grubental, la escultura de Nils - Udo "Piedra - Tiempo - Hombre" como una de las muchas esculturas de camino de esculturas del bosque y un poco más adelante el puente colgante en Kühhude.

De monumentale altaarsteen in het Grubental bij Latrop is bedoeld om een oude heidense offerplaats te herdenken. Volgens een oude legende zou een Drude, die bij de bergbewoners in hoog aanzien stond als priesteres en profetes, op de kleine open plek in het bos verbleven hebben. Ze bracht een brandoffer naar de god Wotan op de hoogaltaarsteen. ========================================================================= Der denkmalgeschützte Altarstein im Grubental bei Latrop soll an eine alte heidnische Opferstätte erinnern. Nach einer alten Sage soll sich auf der kleinen Waldlichtung eine Drude, die als Priesterin und Prophetin bei den Bergbewohnern in hohem Ansehen stand, aufgehalten haben. Sie brachte einst an dem hohen Altarstein dem Gott Wotan Brandopfer dar. ========================================================================= The listed altar stone in the Grubental near Latrop is intended to commemorate an old pagan sacrificial site. According to an old legend, a Drude, who was held in high esteem by the mountain dwellers as a priestess and prophetess, is said to have stayed in the small forest clearing. She brought a burnt offering to the god Wotan on the high altar stone. ========================================================================= El altar de piedra catalogado en Grubental cerca de Latrop está destinado a conmemorar un antiguo lugar de sacrificio pagano. De kam van het Rothaargebergte tussen de Härdler en de stad Neuastenberg vormde tot 1803 de grens tussen het graafschap Wittgenstein-Berleburg aan de ene kant en het hertogdom Westfalen (aartsbisschop van Keulen als heer) aan de andere kant.
