Itinerary description

Beautiful walk through the jungle. We did the round trip on foot and the canoe ride. Very easy to follow, just follow the yellow circles. You have to jump trunks and go through several streams where you can end up engulfed. But you have to keep some things in mind:
- Ask / book a canoe to go looking for you (we thought they would be there forever and if it were not for a couple who rescued us we would have had to go back on foot and we would have been late)
- Ask if the road is passable before leaving. We have done it at the end of February, we must cross several streams. The same in other times those streams can not be crossed so easily.
- Unavoidable leeches (I have been bitten four). They don't really hurt, nor does it show. In fact, in the park they tell you that it is good to be bitten to clean your blood (??)
The record says that we have only been moving 1 hour and 47 minutes, I would say that we have walked at least 3 hours.
We will be eternally grateful to those charitable souls who welcomed us in their canoe.
