Itinerary description
Starting from below the village of Las Vegas follow the well marked path for 2.5 km until you reach the unpaved road track, turn right and follow this trackway for a further 2.2km until you pass a round concrete tank, a left turn will take you to the abandoned Barranco Del Rio dam completed in the 1960's but never came into operation. Return by the same route, there is no path for the loop we took as per the map in this area.
