Itinerary description
Beautiful trek, highly recommend.
We took our time over four days, three nights and added on a couple of bonus sections from the campsites. Super easy trail to follow.
Park entrance fee (paid on exit) 16,000. Campsites are in great locations and have bathrooms and running water. It gets very cold (-2c) at night- we trekked at the beginning of March.
Easy to park (and could camp) at the start (30km from Cerró Castillo town) We hitch hiked back to the car at the end, which was pretty easy. There are buses, but not frequent.
