Itinerary description
A descent from the village of Las Hayas down the northwest side of the barranco. Great views but parts of the path are very steep and difficult. My wife did some parts shuffling down on her backside. We took a taxi from the bar/restaurant Mandelo at the bottom of the descent and the driver said this path is 'muy sucio' with gravel and fallen rocks. He was not wrong. And someone has decided to 'improve' the last few hundred metres by concreting much of the path, making it very slippery.
But the views are awesome.
