Itinerary description

Las cuevas - beach walk. Nearly 4km from car park to rock cave and back. Stay near waters edge for firmest sand and to avoid the sand flies. Good parking provided at cafe and toilet areas. A side trip to increase the length of this hike can be made to see the remains of Fort Abercromby on the eastern headland.
