Itinerary description
A great little hike! The first 45mins or so is all uphill, but not too taxing, through a lovely shaded wide forest path. Once you reach the top, there's a big wet trough for a dog to cool off, or stick your head in...I did anyway!
From there, it's all down hill, lovely views across and down the valley, some wonderful old farm buildings!
Once you reach the bottom, there's a picturesque village, and a great old cobbled road back to the town.
It's an easy walk, just blow out the cobwebs from the night before on tge initial climb, and enjoy the rest!
Don't forget to pick up some traditional Astirian blue goats cheese whilst you're there, muy rico!
