The Cerro de Monserrate (3152 m) is the local mountain of Bogotá. The entrance to the trail is located about 50 meters above the valley station of the gondola at about 2700 meters. On the way, you have a great view of the city of Bogotá. On the summit is the Monserrate Sanctuary and is one of the most famous pilgrimage sites in Colombia.

El Cerro de Monserrate (3152 m) es la montaña local de Bogotá. La entrada al sendero está a unos 50 metros por encima de la estación del valle del teleférico, a unos 2700 metros. En el camino, se tiene una gran vista de la ciudad de Bogotá. La Basílica del Señor de Monserrate se encuentra en la cima y es uno de los lugares de peregrinación más famosos de Colombia.

Der Cerro de Monserrate (3152 m) ist der Hausberg von Bogotá. Der Einstieg in den Weg befindet sich rund 50 Meter oberhalb der Talstation der Gondelbahn auf ca. 2700 m. Unterwegs hat man immer wieder einen sehr tollen Ausblick auf die Millionenstadt Bogotá. Auf dem Gipfel befindet sich die Basilika des Herrn von Monserrate und ist einer der bekanntesten Wallfahrtsorte in Kolumbien.
