Itinerary description

Walk from Lapad to the city of Dubrovnik, leaving from the beach of Sunset Beach, to follow the coastal zone to the viewpoints on the cliffs, from where we have been able to enjoy splendid views and where also We have found bunkers, vestiges of the recent war conflicts.
We continue on, crossing the Suma Park, to descend by the hospital side to the chapels of Santa Ana and Sant Blas, and inside the town, the Capuchin Monastery of La Mercè.
Go to the side of the Casino viewpoint and then go down to the beautiful beach of Bellevue Beach, returning along the same path and taking the direction to the walled area of Dubrovnik.
We enter through the door Pile and immediately we find a multitude of buildings, churches, chapels, palaces, fountains, squares, ports, walls, etc., of great beauty and where it seems that time has stopped, allowing -We fully enjoy these wonders, which are Unesco World Heritage Sites.
We started the return, leaving the Ploca gate, following the walls outside until reaching the door again Pile, from where we continue through the streets of the city, we reach the commercial port, where we take the path back to Lapad.

Leuke route, waarbij je niet alleen het oude Dubrovnic maar ook de prachtige omgeving (eerste deel van de route) gaat zien. Zeker de moeite waard. In het begin soms wat zoeken hoe je moet lopen.
