Once again this track is done downhill because the duration is less but the route is the same. Climbing will take about 5 hours and compared to the previous day this is something simpler with fewer meters of positive height difference. You will start climbing up to 3500m of Langtang and it is already meters and it shows. So drink a lot of water and be careful with altitude sickness. In Langtang, each step costs.
