Itinerary description

This route up Langley starts at the "old trail head" and intersects the current trail after about a mile, which avoids the gain/loss of elevation of the beginning (end) of the new trail. It follows the new trail to "Old" Army Pass (usually listed on maps as simply "Army Pass", and then uses a variety of use trails to the summit. The last 1,200+ swings left, avoiding boulders, and takes a sandy route to the summit plateau before turning east again to the summit.
