Start the section here , take a bus from landskrona.
The 11,5km getting here is not worth it. You have to pass a huge swamp area which now (March) is under water and not possible to pass with normal hikingboots, from 1/4-31/7 it's prohibited to pass so you have to walk on the sideway of the motorway E20 for 4km (terrible) and another 7,5km on a local road "Barsebäcksvägen" to get to the starting point in Järvallen. Better get here with the bus and add those km to get to Malmö.
