Itinerary description

Day two of the Langtang trek from around 2400 metres to 3400 metres of altitude.

The trail is open after the 2015 earthquake. Several lodges are opened, including new lodges in Langtang.

First you go up in a rhododendron forest. At around 3000 metres of altitude, the valley opens up and the vegetation is becoming more scarce.
