Itinerary description
Definitely one of the most beautiful hikes I ever did. This route completely avoids the much much busier main trail to Lake Sorapis. It is challenging but boy do you get rewarded for the little bit of extra effort. Amazing views over the Dolomites and ample variety of landscape. Absolutely amazing. Only the last 1/5th of the hike was a bit more dull, but physically pleasant, which is nice after a long walk.
