Itinerary description

On the trail before 7:00am. Wonderful shade the whole way. Several spots where the trail is basically rock scramble. Very rocky trail, very few spots with clear trail. Current trail diverts from the mapped trail on USGS Topo maps, but the trail is well marked and well traveled. Beautiful rewards at the top with the three lakes and Sundial peak towering over it all.
