We did this hike. Starting point is Rustam Rustamov's guesthouse. The longer branch takes you up the mountain; the other branch goes to the waterfall.
This is not on easy hike (for someone coming from Holland where it is very flat).
The mountain track is rather steep. Going to the waterfall you have to jump from stone to stone and from one side of the river to the other side. But we did it and were rewarded seeing a 4 meter high waterfall.
