Itinerary description

Lac vert tour..luchon

Parking at end of vallee du lys..can be crowded at times
trail is signposted. Crossing the foot bridge ,takes you up through the trees.climb is quite quick .
Arirving in open valley and good views around you..follow trail until small bridge .here you can take both directions, i carried straight and took the clockwise route..climbing again this time with more rocks..crossing stream again ..next is the refuge or arbri Graues..it was under renovation at the time...trail follows around , easy to follow and arrive at Lac Vert..
I made walk around , but the weather was closing with low cloud..rest spot and return on the west side over the rocks..small places with wire rope to help..ok in good weather ..trail decends down thru trees and rocks to turn point left at the bridge..follow back to parking
