Signage: wooden signs with owl motif.
Start and finish: parking of the Auberge de Blourde, at the entrance of the village of MOUTERRE-SUR-BLOURDE on the D113 to the south (Vienne 86)
Hidden between the banks of the Grande Blourde, a tributary of the Vienne, this bucolic path crosses hedged landscapes on a hilly terrain which earns it the name of "Little Switzerland".
From Mouterre-Sur-Blourde, a charming little village on the borders of Haute-Vienne and Limousin, observe the hedges and groves in search of the infamous shrike.
Exceptional diversity of wildlife populate these landscapes.
The farms you will pass through often sell local products.
Patrick and Anémée Van Aubel also offer rides with donkeys.
