Itinerary description

This is a record of the descent from The Lost City. I started it as we left the city, so reverse the beta for the ascent. There is a place where the elevation shows flat... This is not correct! GPS was low deep in the jungle. It is very up and down which means you won't use the same muscles all day long!

This is a difficult trek due to potentially rainy conditions on top of mosquitos, humidity, river crossings, elevation gain, etc.

Your clothes may not dry so prepare!

This is the last camp before Ciudad Perdida. Most groups will spend the night here, hike to C.P. and return for lunch before continuing on to the next camp.
