Itinerary description
I walked this trail twice but both of the times didn’t get to the summit due to various circumstances. This third time I managed to get to the top but deliberately didn’t walk the route in whole.
This is the closest proper trail to Limassol with fantastic views over Germasogeia Dam, city and Akrotiri from the top.
The hills over there are full of olivine and sometimes you literally walk on it.

TERRAIN: The trail may be categorized from moderate to difficult due to a continuous elevation all the way to the top plus mostly rocky paths. The first 500m of the trail goes along the wide road used by hunters and 4x4 drivers, at some point an arrow shows to the right for a narrow rocky trail. Descent from the top is mostly a typical forest path until intersection.
SIGNS: The beginning of the trail is relatively challenging to find as there are no any signs apart from a small green arrow near the possible parking. Further on the way there are some random arrows and color spots to guide you. After the board with the map the plant plates and metering start to appear. Two benches - one before the summit and the second one shortly after.
SEASON: the trail is just partially shady, around 20-30%.
KIDS: I would not recommend to go with very little kids, min age should be 6-7 yo

Прошли только часть пути по дороге до курятника. Очень красиво и не сложно. Вверх идет тропинка с белыми стрелками указателям. Пейзажи приятные, как и сама природа в округе. Думаю, что сам путь на холм и вид открывающейся с него - супер
