Itinerary description
114 km hike in Sweden's Lapland done over a period of 7 days. The departing point is Abisko Turiststation and the end was the village of Nikkaloukta. The first 5 days were done along the Kungsleden trail. Please check my trails for the individual sections. I highly recommend this trail because it is simply fantastic. The logistical arrangements for getting to the trailhead and out of the trailend are easy. The mountain huts seem to always close on the second week of September. There is no internet signal or WiFi during the first 5.5 days. This trail has an amazing added bonus: if the skies are clear and you aren't there from June to August you might see the Northern Lights!
