Itinerary description
Velká Stolová is one of the minor 1000m+ ASL summits of Moravian-Silesian Beskids situated at the northern promontory of Kněhyně massif. You can visit it either by making detour on route to Kněhyně or by ascending straight from Trojanovice utilizing the forrest roads on its northern face. There’s no marked hiking route but the path leading to the summit is well trodden and easy to follow. The peak itself does not offer much but the surrounding mixed beech and spruce woodlands are a pleasure to hike.
