Itinerary description
This short-ish walk follows the quiet roads and dirt tracks around the village of Kritou Tera via the famous (and beautiful) waterfall.
There are a few steep climbs but, generally, it’s pretty easygoing.
The route actually takes you through a tunnel behind the waterfall - a weird, wet little diversion but good fun!
Depending on the season, it may cost you a euro per person to enter the waterfall section.
There is not a lot of shade on this walk but there is a coffee shop and restaurant near the start/finish and a few water sources along the way.
Nice walk with plenty of opportunities to extend it if you want a longer excursion.

Good trail to unwind and enjoy waterfalls. We walked it in the opposite direction. No need to go through the tunnel nowadays.
