Very pleasant stage between Thaktok and Kothe, with ups and downs, so if, passing through beautiful flowering rhododendron forests, watercourses, views over the mountains, you see the Mera Peak for the first time, until you reach the bottom of the valley glacier where there is Kothe, a beautiful village with several lodges, cattle, some crops and a heliport. There is also an interesting monastery or place of prayer.
