Itinerary description
We first tried to find our way on “the other side” of the Soca, we had to walk over the Camp-site and it wasn’t all that… so you’d better skip this part and start from the crossroads ;-)
The first part is a nice country strawl, when you arrive at the bridge, you can take the route along the river banks. I truly hate to take the same road back (you’ll notice that when you follow my routes :-))
The route along the river banks is as easy as it is beautiful. Sometimes when you want to take an impressive foto of the gorges, you should be a bit more careful, especially when the rocks are wet!
There are there (!!) splended gorges at the start and finish and one by the second bridge that will make your day…
Be sure to find the path by the second bridge its a bit hidden, probably because the water washed the path away after about 30 meter, but there are Some excellent viewpoints in the gorge (looking back to the bridge) I enclosed an extra foto, just to underline the beauty!
