Itinerary description
Ample parking and 1 picnic table.
We intended to do either the Eagle loop or the Turtle loop, but unfortunately there was quite a bit of flooding and the tracks were closed, so we did a bit of a meander around the Island.
The small part of Eagle and Turtle loops that we did was well marked with information boards at points of interest.
This is a popular area for camping along side of the Murray.
Both the Murray river and Gunbower creek were extremely high .
There is good internet coverage so you can see the tracks, pretty hard to get lost.
