A nice hike in a good company. Thanks Rinat I.
Perhaps the easiest trail to Kok Jailau, although not easy to get to the starting of it. The trail is rather very gentle opposed to the hiking from Akbulak bus stop near Medeu. So no stairs.
One has to cross once the main river, across newly built metal bridge and couple of times just a tiny water streams along the trail.
It’s pleasant hike as well, as few people use it due to lack of accessibility by the public transportation. That was the first time I used this trail to ascend, used it twice to descend though.
No need to have any special gears. Just good hiking boots with a decent grip and poles should suffice.
Duration is around 1.5-2 to ascend and 1-1.5 to descend.
