We start in Kobarid to carry out this entertaining historical route, since it passes through some of the most emblematic places in the area. Beginning with the Monument to the Fallen in the First World War next to the Church of San Antonio. We continue on trekking terrain to visit an ancient Roman town located on top of a hill, we will reach this point along paths and paths with plenty of shade. We go down to the road, cross it and enter an area where there are remains of trenches from the war. We continue towards the Soča River after leaving the campsite, we cross it by a suspension bridge to head towards the Kozjak waterfall. Then we go through an area of bunkers and trenches again until we go back down next to the Río aúna track that will take us to the town. Route with hardly any difficulty, the most exposed steps have fences or cables to hold onto. There were some fallen Arabs but we were able to get through them without difficulty. The waterfall costs €5 per person to visit it, the rest is free.
