Itinerary description
Beautiful views! Waterfalls, bog, inhospitable granite... this hike has it all.
I have to say I was glad to have the Hilltop Treks trail to follow, as I was on my own.
Waterproof boots are essential, and poles would probably have been useful for the way down.
The views are absolutely stunning.
I put the hike as moderately difficult, as I guess technically it wasn’t difficult. But like I mentioned, I was glad to have the previous trail to follow. It can get disorientating up there and trying to find a safe trail... etc.
