Itinerary description
This walk commences near Kilmainham Wood (Milltown crossing ) where Greenway crosses the main Nobber - kingscourt road)
It follows a lovely section of the Greenway (Boyne Valley to Lakeland Greenway) into Kingscourt. There is then a 200 metre walk on the Kinscourt/Carrickmacross road before entering Dun and Ri where it follows a lovely loop through the forest. It comes back out of the forest at the entrance into Cabra Castle through which it goes before returning back to the 200 metre walk and joining the Greenway again to return to the starting point.
