Itinerary description

When we woke up, as usual around 6am, almost everything was freezing around us... The humidity was high, with low temperatures and this resulted in a freezing tent, grass, trees, rocks,... It was awsome! All will be gone as soon as the sun will be up. The coffee/tea is served to your tent... The hot water to have your quick wash at 6.30am before heading the main tent for the breakfast at 7am. Usually, you will be leaving each camp at most at 8am.
This day is a very challenging and one of the longest days... All this will prepare you to the summit push. You will be gaining 1000m+ and loosing the same in almost 11km. Awsome experience to test your mind and body. At Lava Tower, you will have your lunch and have your long break. You may experience some headaches or other altitude sickness symptoms... Directly inform your guides, the team is well trained and used to these kind of side effects... They will be able to recommend the best solution and all will be OK...
After Lava Camp you will start you descent where you will be allowed to run for your oxygen gain! It will be like an oxygen jackpot! Amazing views during your last attempt to reach Baranco Camp where you will have a great view over Kilian another one vs the city. It will be a cold night... Beware of your layers...
