Itinerary description

Starting from Cow Bridge car park we walked up to Hayswater Reservoir via Hartsop. Unfortunately the bridge near Hayswater had been wrecked in the recent floods and the stepping stones at the mouth of the reservoir were covered in fast flowing water. Hence the need to back track and cross by the Filter House. Winds (40mph gusts) and low lying clouds on the tops.
