Itinerary description
The trail goes from the Khopra Danda refuge to the center of the village of Paudwar, where you can find accomodation and food. It is a 1700m long and steep descent, mainly on well built stone steps. About midway, you will find a house with a blue roof, which is visible from Khopra. Then the path continues close to rice terraces and small villages, with water points from time to time. The view is often plunging in the first half of the trip, but the path remains wide, often with a reinforced edge, so people who are afraid of altitudes will not have significant issues on this stretch.
