Itinerary description
Contrary to common belief, there is a dirt road on Kho Rong. It's part of the silly plan to turn the island into a Golf Course, Resort, Concrete Tourist Trap. Fortunately these plans have been put on hold due to the worlds financial situation. The dirt road now starts in the middle of nowhere and ends up at the real fishing village. It's possible (and extremely beautiful) to hike back along the beaches. A bit of bush whacking is required though.
