Kepler is without a doubt one of the great walks in New Zealand, you enter the park thinking you are going to an unreal place, the path is perfectly banked between ferns of all kinds that accompany you to one side of a pristine lake, the path leaves that place and ascends to the part where trees cannot grow, among endemic plants and spectacular views until reaching the first lodge that welcomed me with a Kea, that parakeet endemic to the mountains of New Zealand.
The second day we continued walking along the back of the mountain and then went down to another large lodge sheltered by countless waterfalls and mountains.
The exit was another journey through a sea of ferns that hugged me until I emerged.
