Itinerary description
This is an easy and beautiful walk through the tea estate, village communities, brooks and grassy paths. We heard a spotted deer close by too! Lots of Lichens confirming excellent air quality.
Kelburne is a private estate with a public thoroughfare going through....we walked to the edge of the road through Kelburne, where the path goes either to the left or right. This walk is to the left up a stony path past the estate Community.
Initially the walk takes you through the tea estate, and at a muster shed you turn right to take the path through the tea bushes, where we descended to grassy foot path, passing cool boulders dripping with moisture, and through tiny village communities.
There could be leeches if there is wet weather.
