Itinerary description
The route starts from Kato Arodes and goes down to the sea through flowering meadows and a wooded plateau, returning through the Avakas gorge. A beautiful route with a good fitness load.
In the route there is an extremely difficult section of climbing up the rock from the Avakas gorge to the left plateau. I do not recommend following this section unless you have good alpine training. If you decide to go, it is at your own risk. Instead, you can continue moving along the bottom of the gorge and at the end of the gorge you will continue to the route avoiding this extreme section.
