Katharo plateau 2. Avdeliako -klefti vrisi - Tsivi summit - Varsamis summit - Trouli- Avdeliako

Unexpected but only 2.30 hour from avdeliako to tsivi summit (2 hours if you drive up and start from klefti vrisi ). Path from klefti vrisi until foot of mountain with stone home(be aware at 2.3km to go left of the small rocky hill,is a part with no clear path. Same at return ,at 11.8km).From stone home straight up for 230m.altitude and aprox 1.2km to summit( there is a path going south, right, ignore. In less than hour you reach the peak.Free abruptly descent near by the scarp with amazing view to aloida - potamoi - lasithi .Is easier to go by the same way as you ascent, We cross the col and then start ascent to Varsamis.Easier than tsivi except the first ascent to reach aprox 1460m. . Then to 1548 is just 1.3 km and altitude not big deal. Varsamis summit is notably. Under the 'shadow' of famous tsivi, varsamis is unpopular. Anyway , then we just descent from varsamis, with carefull, to trouli peak who is in front and right, we spend time looking for the deep gulch with the wild pigeons but i have not found. Then with no path back to sheepfold and after by path back to Avdeliako.All the terrain ofcourse is rocks and stones,that make it a bit hard but is not dificult for experience hikers.
Epilogue: We spend 7.30hours on this route because is many places you want to seat and enjoy view,birds, goats ,and natural.Six hours is enough if somebody is 'hasty'. The classic route for tsivi is from Damakas,before entrance to plateau imediately from asphalt road but is more dificult.
Altitude of tsivi is 1663m. Varsamis is 1548m.
