Itinerary description
This starts at the beginning of the Pipe Track though there are different start points depending on where you park. It includes a small detour to the famous Diving Board viewpoint and then continues through the Valley of the Red Gods joining up with the Platteklip Gorge trail near the Cable car.Its quite a long walk but suitable for all family members.

Did it with a family of 5 with my 4 year old in a backpack which my wife and I shared. Only joined the path from Theresa Ave in Camps Bay too shorten the route to about 6,5km (took us about 5 hrs with lots of stops). First 3km is by far the toughest, but with incredible views. The second half took longer than expected (once you reach the top you are only half way), but was still beautiful and exhilarating. Highly recommended.
