Itinerary description
Take the aerial tramway from the outskirts of Zakopane to get to the starting point. There are some private minibuses that go there from the tourist office, although it's not that far.
The path between Zawrat and Zmarzly Staw is a little dangerous if there is snow as it can cover all the chains so it's impossible to hold on to them and it's slippery.
I went there on the second week of June 2008 and that part of the path was completely covered by snow.
The views from Świnica are awesome, you can see lakes at the both sides of the mountains, the forest... The whole route is marked, although the first part is the red route, then the blue one and finaly the orange path.
