Itinerary description
This trail consists of the two: official trail (short one) and unofficial going between the villages of Kampi and Farmakas.
The official trail is very short and easy, the unofficial is more difficult due to sometimes steep ascending, thus rated the overall trail as of medium difficulty.
SEASON: any season for the official trail, cold seasons for the unofficial, almost no shade.
TERRAIN: the official trail is a standard narrow natural path with easy ups and downs which goes along a small mountain river. The unofficial is asphalt, concrete and gravel roads, almost constant ascent to the top, sometimes rather steep with decent after.
SIGNS: the official trail has a lot of plant signs and resting places, the unofficial has nothing apart from rare benches.
KIDS: official part will be very interesting for kids of all ages, as it has a lot of bridges and a wooden tree house at the beginning of the trail.
Unofficial part is better for kids of 10+ yo or should be trained if younger.
Parking in Kampi might be difficult as trail start is in the village itself plus on weekends the area is quite popular with locals.
