بسیار همکاری میکنند
این روستا بین گالیکش و کلاله هست
انتهای روستای ماشین رو پارک میکنین و از خاکی بین مزارع استارت صعود رو میزنین

کل مسیر با رنگ قرمز و زرد تا قله علامت گزاری شده
دقت کنید که مسیرهای فرعی بسیاری دارد و هرکدام کلی چالش ممکنه ایجاد کند پس همان مسیر علامت زده شده و پاکوب قوی رو فقط بروید
جانپناه کوچکی با ظرفیت حدود ۱۵ نفر برای خواب دارد که باید تجهیزات کیسه خواب را حتما با خود ببرید
در نزدیکی برکه نیلکوه به سمت قله چشمه های کوچکی وجود دارد ولی آب مناسب ندارد پس حتما نفری دوتا ۱/۵ آب ببرید

ما چون برنامه کمپ و شب مانی داشتیم تایم بیشت ی گذاشتیم ولی تایم صعود کوتاه تر هست
زمان پیمایش از پای کار تا مرداب حدود ۲ ساعت
از مرداب تا قله حدود ۴۵ دقیقه

در صورتی که برنامه شب مانی دارید حتما آب و هوارو چک کنید بخصوص سرعت باد در محل مرداب اگر قصد استفاده از جانپناه رو ندارید

ثبت ترک از ابتدای روستا انجام شد برای دسترسی بهتر

نکته قابل توجه جهت بحث امداد که آنتن دهی موبایل تا خود قله خوب بود و اینترنت نیز داشتیم

در جنگل پرنده دارکوب زیاد به چشم میخورد و خب این که باعث آسیب به قسمتهای مختلف درختان میشود و بیشتر درختان پوک و دارای شکاف و سوراخ و خطر افتادن یهویی رو دارند که کمی مراقب باشید

You park the car at the end of the village and start walking on the road between the fields

Note that there are many side paths and each of them may present a complete challenge, so only follow the marked and strong path.
It has a small shelter that sleeps about 15 people, so you need to bring your own sleeping bag.
There are small springs near the Nilkoh pond towards the summit that do not have enough water, so be sure to consume 1.5 liters per person and 2 to 1.5 liters for sleeping at night.

Because we had a camp and overnight stay plan, we spent more time, but the climbing time is shorter
The travel time from the bottom to the marsh is about 2 hours
It takes about 45 minutes from the lagoon to the summit

If you plan to stay overnight, be sure to check the weather, especially the wind speed in the marsh if you don't plan to use the shelter.

Turkish registration was done from the beginning of the village for better access
