The walk is easy to follow, taking you up through the wooded and shaded area via an old Minoan road, through wood & scrub, eventually connecting to a wide dirt roadway which continues for the remainder of the walk

The start is a wide dirt track which soon starts up an incline that is the remains of an old Minoan road

Error on the walk. Mistake here. keep left and not straight on and have to return back to this turn.

Track continues through wooded area and the track widens to a roadway
Unfortunatly my phone had no memory space to provide more photos. But the trail leads to a roadway, where we turned right and followed it to a sign for a church. We went up the trail and lunched at the church before retracing our tracks back and continued on the roadway all the way back to the cars.
