Itinerary description

Kaikoura Peninsula Trail. You can start at the bottom, then take the stairs up (harder to find the bottom of the stairs maybe) or start by going up, then taking the stairs down which is what we did. You are guaranteed to see many seal colonies. The best colony was the one at the end because we could be quite close and the colony was very large and active. You can go further if you wish on the trail up top.
